Food Trend in UAE.

The development of Dubai has given many businesses the opportunity to invest there and enjoy the
benefits. UAE has developed so fast that it is admiring and an example for the whole world. The
opportunities that several businesses see there have given indirect opportunities to other businesses as
well. The government welcomes investment from foreign companies. But they have rules that are to be strictly followed. Free zones all over United Arab Emirates are the only area where foreign business owners will have sole ownership of any business or company that they start there. Other than that they have to partner up with a local business. And it is by law that the local business will have the majority shares and the decision making power in the business. So it is wise to know all the dos and don’ts before venturing in to a business in UAE.

This increase in business has, as said, given rise and a push to other businesses like the food and hotel
industry. The lifestyle is sort of becoming similar to the western lifestyle where the trend of cooking at home has almost vanished. People are relying on takeaways or are skipping meals totally. Both trends can’t be called healthy in any given scenario. But marketers keep a keen eye on the gap between demand and supply. They are continuously on the go for filing the latent demand gap either with a product or a service. In this case Make my meal is an online food provider commonly known as a food app which has Indian Restaurants in Dubai and Indian Restaurants in Abu Dhabi under their panel.Their basic aim is to create the trend of healthy eating. They have also been nominated as the best food app in Dubai in 2016 by the BBC Foods. They also provide budget friendly packages to attract & retain a wide consumer base.
