We need to be at the driving seat of our life, taking all the decisions big or small that are going to affect us in the long run. One very crucial decision is of our health. We need to take in to account the blessing that a healthy body and spirit is. And therefore, work towards maintain our health. Unfortunately our lifestyle goes the opposite way.
